There's one of two things that are most likely going on:

If you are playing at a high resolution (like 4K), then skins in general will just look worse for you. This is in part because many skins weren't made and tested at such high resolutions, and there's some artifacting that becomes more apparent.
If you accidentally downloaded a Preview image instead of the original file, then you'll download a low-res version of the skin.

Well i play at 600x800 but even when i use 1300x1200 it looks like this, even the default knight look like 144p

Yeah, this looks like the preview image was downloaded, and not the full image.

Did you check if Dwarf's suggestion was correct and you downloaded the preview instead of the full image? Also why did you delete your original post?

well, try downloading the proper full image & see if it looks better. A bad PC doesn't change the resolution of things
