After an exhilarating podium in Australia and outscoring Lawson in a worse car, the Red Bull Racing team has decided to demote Lawson and promote Tsunoda from R3 onwards

Qualifying didn't see that much of a shocker but it was Hadjar's first Q3 appearance. Mclaren locked out the front row with the other "top 4 teams" on their tail

The start was relatively clean with the top 3 squabbling and the midfield heated as always

#

Startegy wars kicked in and people were trying different things, I went for a 2-stop

#

And then Antonelli decided to hippity whoop his car into the wall caused by a snap of oversteer

Turn 9 I think it was

VSC gets called out and I pit Giovinazzi early under VSC

#

This turns out great as we climb up the places with GIO

#

And then Gasly's engine blew up causing him to retire (No SC or VSC)

The top 3 were psuedo close to each other and Norris led the pack

It was ultimately him who won followed by Verstappen and Piastri

We were so close to points but we have to settle for P11 with GIO and P16 with Mick

Mick Schumacher makes it into Q3 making Prema go to Q3 for the first time! McLaren locks out the front row again, They will wish their race pace can be similar to their one lap pace

We have another points scoring opportunity, let's see how we do in the race

HIGHLIGHTS

#

Hamilton gets a very good start and gets up into P2, we are not pushing too hard and dropped 1-2 spots with Mick but we now this is a long race

#

A couple of laps later Hamilton takes the lead, he would go on to keep it for the rest of the race

#

The McLarens are on a very aggresive strategy hindering them compared to everyone else

#

And then Antonelli's engine blows up (Green flag still)

#

Giovinazzi tho is cooking, went up 5 places in the first stint and hungry for more

#

I will cut to the final stint since nothing much else happened in the middle stint

#

With 3 laps to go Mick is P11 and in DRS Range of Albon, tries it into T1; nope. Tries it into T4, nope.

#

The next lap he is truly motivated, T1; fail. T4, fail again. But there is one more DRS zone on this track and Mick utilizes that to GET INTO THE POINTS

#

Last lap, all he has to do is defend

#

As Hamilton crosses the line to take a dominant win and Giovinazzi climps up to P13

#

Albon gets close but not within a car length of Mick and Mick manages to finish P10

#

In the worst car on the grid, Mick got us points...

It looks like Max Verstappen will be the one to beat once again in the drivers and McLaren increases the gap in the constructors standings

Once again there are double points on the last race meaning you need to be 54 points within the leader in the final race to still be eligible

The race starts with the top 6 squabbling for position

Piastri overdoes his tires forcing him onto a 2 stop

Track was boiling btw

#

The top 4 are all running a 1 stop

#

After Norris took the lead, it became a snoozefest for the middle stint

But then, everything changed (Bro thinks he is a professional storywriter)

Hadjar and Bearman collided, taking Bearman out and making Hadjar lose so much time

#

This brought out the season's first red flag

#

And we made a poor decision to switch to the softs when the track was BOILING

#

One lap after the restart Norris is gaining on Verstappen, "He's looking for a move into Turn 1, and that's a bit of conTA- OOOH Lando Norris gets pushed off"

My guy dropped all the way down to last

And Verstappen ended up losing 6 PLACES

Anyway Leclerc took the lead and cruised home for the win

The start was clean allowing Russell to take the lead

He never really pulled away but kept running 1st

Meanwhile, we had SO MUCH PACE

Both our drivers were running in the points, this felt like a dream

I will tell you I had less fun watching the top runners fight than watching our drivers climb

Suddenly, Doohan is a bit too agressive on throttle and spins out of T8 into the wall

#

And this causes a safety car

#

WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH A FREE PIT STOP

Middle stint, safety car in, time to cook

#

And cook we did as we were running P6 and P8 once

#

Bortoleto had a mechanical failure in the middle stint and retired but not much more happened

#

Until Antonelli did the SAME THING that Doohan did and you guessed it: another Safety Car

#

Our strategy was done so we wouldn't pit but we were P7 and P8

#

A long way to go they said and we might get P7 in the Constructors standings!

Safety Car in and Safety Car deployed again, this time for Bearman crashing into the back of Hülkenberg

#

I thought it would run until the end but the Safety Car left us 3 laps of racing

#

I told Mick to let GIO through cuz he was faster

#

And GIO had a tough but not impossible ask: Overtake Hamilton in P6

#

The checkered flag is waved and Russell wins in Miami!
