Currently, if you sign an affiliate that's not in f2 or f3, you just have to hope that they'll get into a feeder series. It would be nice to be able to help your affiliates directly get into a seat by either like negotiating with f2/f3 teams or getting teams to prioritise them over drivers which aren't backed by an f1 team. This would add some more functionality to your affiliates which seem like they're kind of lacking some features/use at the moment

In F2 and 3, you don't get paid to drive, you pay to drive
F1 teams supply the money for their academy members

Yeah but they don’t go up to Trident or Prema and say “here is $500k, let this guy drive for you”. It’s more like “hey driver, here is $500k, use this money to drive for an f3 team
