Hello everyone,

Many drivers retire because they don't have a Formula 1 contract, and sometimes at the age of 21.

There should be the following point, in addition to "without a contract"

"Other racing series"

In reality, many drivers also drive in other racing series, but there is still the possibility of bringing these drivers back to F1.

If a driver drives in another racing series, he has a normal 12-month contract and a buyout must be paid if you want to have him earlier

I like this suggestion a lot! Would also be nice if affiliates could be sent to other (unspecified) racing series, perhaps with certain series giving boosts towards learning specific traits (IE endurance driving teaching tyre management)
