For engine:
Mercedes is the durable option while the other three are faster - I'd go Mercedes because the difference isn't that much but durability matters more with mechanical faults this game

For drivers:
It depends on how fast your car is, poach one driver from two teams you intend to fight, they'll hire trash F2 drivers and make your fight easier

i recommend start with less money, worse car, and f2/reserve drivers for it, for me its much more enjoyable if its harder then start right as podium contender
