dont you swap for practice?

you can run them into the ground

in practice

but yellow means 1 tenth loss performance

and orange means 3 tenths loss performance

for each engine part

I might just restart to get better at this haha. Do you use one gearbox for practice and another for the race?

i use the first one

for 4 races till it gets to below 50%

then i use number 2 for races

and swap practice to 1

when the second ones goed to 50

the first one is dead

unless someone has a crash

but this way you outperform the AI

cuz you always run good engine

and have less chance for failures

the AI is coded to stay with the enginetill around 25%

but it might be different

Would having two drivers with 2 mil salaries be a good start? They'd both be 77 rated, which could help with performance

but also, early mentality is nice

cuz it boosts stats by 5

I just got 2,3 mil contracts for my affiliates. Why? They are significantly worse than my drivers who both earn less than my affiliates

I restarted again, same thing. Luckily, the buyouts cost a combined ~2.5 mil, so I might just terminate their contracts and stop restarting

expertise is teh hidden stat that determines the next design values

and use windtunnel hrs and CFD split accross the wings
