If the Mercedes BoD wasn’t dumb enough to “keep options open” by 2026. Lewis would’ve stayed and retire as a Mercedes driver. We’re gonna do that, but we’re in 2024, where Lewis got his 8th title already, by an interesting W14 car that showed pace since Australia and got the title by the Brazil GP Sprint.

honestly pretty unfortunate red flags on LAP 33 and LAP 34. Lewis was starting on hard and he had to switch to mediums and he had to make those last. I had a vision that he was gonna be able to do it but I was too late to make a switch on softs as he was losing lap times from places behind. Good points for the team and onto 🇪🇸 !

the top speed of our car has not been maximized yet sadly, i thought the overcut would work for george (WHICH did?) but he was on S-H-S, max was on M-H-M and lewis was on M-H-S, making him overcut and eventually winning the GP.

Heh, reminds me a lot of my first season of my Mercedes career in F1 Manager 22, where I also got Lewis Hamilton to the championship in Season 1, with a car that normally shouldn't be leading being the third best in the grid.
