#My Suggestions

I don't want to clog these forums up so I will put all my suggestions here for the next and/or future installations of this game series

  • Co-Op/Multiplayer: No explanation really needed, it's highly requested, probably won't get implemented in the next game because it would probably require a lot of coding and troubleshooting but would be great to see it added in a few years.
  • Create a Team: Similar to the above one, highly requested, might not get implemented in the 2024 game but 2025 or 2026 would be realistic.
  • Driver Academies: Increases longevity of the save, driver academies should allow players to negotiate with junior teams to sign their academy drivers, set specific training programs for their junior drivers and allow the junior drivers to be a reserve alongside F2 or F3.
  • Allow drivers to reserve in races because of main driver's catching a virus or something: Seems like an obvious thing to do, Motorsport Manager has this feature and it is interesting, it would mean that you would need to sign at least a half decent reserve so you still have a chance at whatever the main driver is expected to do.
  • Sign full time as a reserve: Allow drivers to be signed from a race seat to a reserve seat or get swapped.
  • AI Team Principals move around teams and divisions and can get fired: Seems a bit too boring that Team Principals are managing the same team all the time.
  • Able to manage in F2 and F3: Just will give players a greater sense of accomplishment when the player goes from starting in F3 and winning the F1 constructor championships.
  • Able to sign specific sponsors yourself: It just increases how interactive the game is, there should be an option to do it automatically as well in case anyone doesn't want to do it.
  • Mods on Console: Not necessary but would be an interesting addition, Planet Coaster allows players to download and upload coasters, rides, etc so F1 Manager should get this in the 2024 or 2025 edition.

I said this somewhere else too but create a team will be near impossible because of everything you need like a livery editor and such - what I'd do is have one (or a few) set fictional team you can optionally include and manage (then teams can also go bankrupt and get replaced, or even have an expanded grid)

Mods on PC are against the EULA so of course they won't specifically code it to work on consoles too

Other than that I agreed with the rest

so you want a inbuilt modding tab thats built into f1 manager by default?

Things that can make f1manager 2024 the perfect game:

  • my team mode
  • play with formula 2 and 3 teams
  • realistic pilot academy system
-accelerated and optimized pilot and personnel development
-integrated steam workshop facilitation of mods
-that the scenarios bring races from past seasons (e.g. Abudhabi 2021, Brazil 2012)
    -cars with realistic colliders
    -better damage model
  • best system of sanctions, safety car and virtual
  • to see how they remove the crashed cars
-realistic piloting errors, crashes, blockages and more
  • driver's license outside formula 1 (palou, oward, vergne, dennis, etc.)
    -better weather
-changes in cars (even if they don't make sense)
-important changes in regulations, standards and most frequent technological revolutions
-old tracks that can return to the championship
-that the AI uses the option to remove cars when it sees that a car is too far behind or with the car very damaged
    -random engine failures
-types of team (customer, manufacturer, motorist)
-traits for drivers (e.g. paid driver, who wins a championship and retires, star driver)
-choice of suppliers of the car's base parts (motorsport manager style)
    -better management of sponsors
-tv mode (as in studio liverpool f1
-single career (as in f1 manager)
  • best view of the HQ (team headquarters)
    -everything good about motorsport manager

All these suggestions are from respect and love for the game

I don't agree with you on some points, some gameplay things need to be improved when the managerial part has been much improved. it remains a management game, some things are secondary for the moment

I heard from a reliable source yesterday superlicenses and their points were meant to be a F1M23 feature, but was scrapped somewhere

Qualifying

I hope qualifying will be completely overhauled in F1 Manager 2024, it's just no fun.

  • No track evolution within a session
  • 85% tyres equally fast/faster than 100% tyres (It's frustrating to see the yellow sector times pop up)
  • No real indication of how much you improve or deteriorate in your 2nd run.

True no track evolution is pointless

I hate that

even easier if done through steam play together at first
