Lando starts p15. Just got blocked on 2 laps and then made a mistake on last lap of q2. We move to the race.

Race:
We attempted a one stop with lando. We got p12. Was working nicely till gasly and kmag got us on on lap 52 and 53. Just ran out of tyre life near the end. But doubt we would have done better with a different strategy.
Oscar : p18. He had good Pace at the start. Did a soft medium soft with him and he got up to p14 but eventually finished all the way down in p18.
No just slow on mediums lol😂. Umm I’d love to keep him but think I’m gonna sign Danny ric for now
But going on f1 23 now for a little while to try Qatar
I may get a wheel again. I used to play on 105 ai and no assists but on the controller I’m awful 😋

Race:
Lando stays p13. We tried a two stop medium medium hard, however we encountered too much traffic when pitting the first time which cost us several seconds.
Piastri was running well and in p14 at one stage however he had no pace on hards and ultimately finished p17.
We have some small upgrades coming to Australia hopefully.

Race.
Interesting race starting on mediums with lando, was running at a nice pace managing the tyres, that went out the window when a lap 17 red flag came out. Upon the restart I changed to soft tyres managing then well and then we had rain, where we took a gamble to over cut kmag on the cross over to inters and it worked perfectly. We then had to play at x2 speed to manage landos ers to stay ahead. It was intense. Then it dried up and we pit early and gained 7 seconds on Kmag and came home with points!!

Crazy race.
A vsc at lap 10 meant we pitted lando as he started on softs so we put him on mediums
We then had a red flag on lap 16.
We change sainz to hards, and go to the end. We were running p6 but unfortunately Hamilton Piastri now in Ferrari and Russell over took us on fresh softs.
Lando eventually after having more fresh softs came home p10.
So baku sainz gets p9.

MIAMI.
Qualifying.
Had to do two runs with both drivers in q1 due to being blocked 😂.
Same in q2.
So we only had one fresh set of softs for q3. As I wanted to save a new set for the race
We finished p9 and p10. Decent starting positions.
Miami Race:
Started on softs with both drivers, knowing rain was coming around lap 25 or so.
We went aggressive on the pace managed to actually gain some positions with sainz and lando.
However we had to pit and maximum attack was the order of the day, it was only stroll who pit around us and was on a similar strategy.
Unfortunately a slow stop for lando meant he had traffic, so despite pitting two laps before sainz where the gap was 2 seconds it was now 5.5.
We managed to Jump stroll as the rain arrived with sainz and was running p6. However after defending for 21 laps stroll finally passed us but we held off Russell and Piastri to take p7 with sainz
Lando just didn’t have pace on inters and finished p10
They just didn’t get out of the way in the chicane bit and your drivers just stop accelerating 😂
Up to 5th in the constructors now
We also signed Endrico Cardile 94 rated technical chief from Ferrari

Sainz great drive!! Got to lap 27 on softs and then pushed hard on the hard tyres and got p9!!
Norris got taken out by De Vries after pitting! So had to make an extra stop but he still came home p12. Not bad.

A 7 second stop for sainz just ruined his race caught all the traffic.
We pitted under a lap 13 vsc from softs and managed mediums and mediums again and used pace at crucial times. And defended from stroll thanks to saving all the battery up at crucial times! Finished on 21 percent tyres 😂

Lando p6. We did an aggressive soft to hard strategy, under cutting Hamilton and leclerc and despite them having mediums we managed to even pull away. We almost caught Piastri in the end.
Sainz p8! Should be minimum p4/5 but he had a huge lockout, we were catching the top guys rapidly but he just lost control

Sainz finished p6. Just couldn’t beat the Aston’s. We tried on soft to hard and it nearly worked but ran out of tyres near the end. But finished 13 seconds ahead of Piastri.
We did a 2 stop for lando as he was in a massive drs train and on same tyre life wasn’t making an impact we were stuck in p13. But ended up p9! Not bad considering he started 18th. Just a second behind ocon.

Shocking pace in the rain went from p2 all the way down to p8 after being 2nd in the dry conditions. And making all the right calls on tyres just fell backwards despite car being in good shape with everything no issues with tyres

We finished the season p5 in constructors on 210 points. Just 40 behind Mercedes. I didn’t have much time to right up the last few races and they were fairly meaningless and disappointing anyway😂.

Background : despite researching early on last year on some stats were only 12th fastest. I managed to make a couple designs for Bahrain, which lando has everything. Sainz just the front and rear wing. Gains look substantial time will tell in quali.

We had a red flag lap 14.
We put lando On fresh softs as well as sainz.
Then on lap 39 we pit for fresh mediums with lando. Perez stayed out on his mediums and so we breezed past him! Leclerc had a few spins so he came only p4.
Sainz just couldn’t pass Hamilton. Despite putting on two sets of fresh softs
