I just try to find the quickest strategy then put them on that pace mode unless they have extra tyre wear or have used to much of their tyres and then Ill push ERS for the first 2 or just 1 lap depending on the track to have some extra for future battles mid race and then I'll like micro-manage if they get into a DRS train or just stuck behind a driver for example I would conserve some ERS or maybe even fuel while they have DRS then push ERS and that extra fuel right before a DRS zone to help them get past yk

Got 3rd in 2023 with Albon and Alonso

2024:
We had an insane fight for the championship. It was like 2021 2.0. The double points in Abu Dhabi decided that Alonso wins the championship by 15 points i think idk.

Hamilton was the wingman for the wins that Alonso couldnt take

2025:
I switched to McLaren for making them champion.
Norris got his first win and championship in that season.

It was not an great fight. We didnt made any upgrades after Hungary.
Ocon was also pretty good for the team.
We won wcc and wdc so i switched

2026:
Alphatauri finally.
We began with Piastri and Drugovich first 3 rounds.
Disappointed results from Drugovich for me. I want to get wcc instant that season.
I switched him with Stroll for the rest of the season.
Stroll instant won his first win in Baku

This is so far my journey.
