I want to sign Ollie Bearman to be a reserve driver at Williams. I know the driver must be 18 years old and have completed a season in F2.
So, I waited for 2024 to sign him… but for some reason I can’t.

it's normal, he has to do 2 seasons in F2

No either 2 seasons in F3 or 2 seasons in F2 but not 1 season in F3 and 1 season in F2

Similar to FIA super licence, the driver should have a certain amount to get in

He has to do 23 and 24 In formula 2 and then in 25 he should be singable, drivers like Bearman and Dino Beganovic are locked until later on in the game’s progression

You could just go to the career tab and it will say F2 or F3
