Also it would be good to be able to define tactics and ERS Battle assist before the race starts, same as pace/fuel/ERS -> I break 'immersion' at the beginning of the race by forcing to pause and change them

It should mean chance of incident. The more aggressive you ask your drivers to be, the more likely they'll have a crash
