Instead of them drive straight into the garage, could we have the crew come out and push them in? It's not horrible the way it is, but it would certainly add a bit more immersion.

Hence the "It's not horrible the way it is". They're doing great with presentation in the game, plus the people working on animations are not the same people who are coding the simulation part of the game.
