I desperately want them to fix a bug that stops me from hiring any employees. All I need is one elite mechanic for my truck series after my previous elite mechanic quit. I was able to hire a pro replacement, but I’ve lost count of how many seasons I’ve done without coming across any employees. It’s been over 10 seasons now. At this point I’m just hoping to come across another dale jr download that makes another employee quit and hoping that does something to fix this. I played this game so much that I know for a fact the dale jr download appears every other season. Once after the 6th race and another after the 22nd. I have told nascar 25 support about this but that was weeks ago. It’s really made me quit playing this game. I can delete my progress, but I’m just waiting for an update,

I don't even understand what the point of this discord is if they aren't using it to communicate with the audience who is begging to be communicated with and who they set it up to communicate with.
And then despite them boasting about sales, I have a feeling they were disappointed. The game must have done ok on PS5 which lead to them feeling comfortable enough to give a Black Friday sale - but Xbox didn’t get that sale on the standard edition so its likely they didn’t hit their sales goal there.

Communication has been the worst part ab this whole thing. At least tell us what ur working on that’s taking so long. This early into game. Bunch of these quality of life updates should be done. The pit exit/entrence issues for ai is insane and no communication on if they r working on it

the only important fixes in that patch is the championship mode fix and pit road timing. They have no way to view pedal and steering inputs, no fov adjustment an still have part time drivers playoff eligible

They went over a month without giving a single update on fixes. Not the actual update im talking even acknowledging what they were working on fixing. Asking for a transparent dev that keeps their consumers informed on a weekly basis after a tumultuous launch isnt unreasonable. If you think it is youre way to soft

Does this fix AI going to fast off pit road or does it fix the player getting held for 3 seconds too long after their crew completes the stop? And what about AI going too fast coming into the pits? Why wouldn't they just address all 3 of these?

Yes to everything but holding you extra time. I was able to make a pass coming off pit road. Theyre much less aggressive on pit road too. I still got held so I didnt really net positive

Green flag pit stops had a few things fixed, but there are still problems with it. Pit times are still wayyy off it’s hilarious. Embarrassing for iRacing tbh. Eh but I’m still a consumer of their product.
