So I am on Series S and some of those graphics look like I’m playing a nascar thunder game. Hope this can get fixed. Also when there is a wreck it would be nice to let us control the car for atleast 10 seconds or so after the caution so we can avoid wrecks and not have the computer take over and smash us into the wrecks, also when a car is involved in a wreck they shouldn’t maintain there position

It won't be fixed. The Series S has terrible hardware, I'm surprised it runs as well as it does.

That’s just not how that works, the game is way more demanding than Fortnite

And optimization isn’t a simple this game Looks better so all games should look like that on that platform. It’s not realistic thinking

Its very true. Monster Games has under 100 employees (probably around 30-40 right now) and its their first game using UE5. Fortnite has had well over 700 developers at one point. Hell, they've laid off more people in the past year than Monster Games has ever employed throughout they're existence. MG/iRacing don't have the means to optimize everything to the fullest. I'm sure it will get better over time, but it will never be optimized to the point that its perfectly stable on the Series S. By the time it would take MG/iRacing to optimize 25' to the point where there is little to no issues, they would have already moved on to making the next game.

What I think they'll do is remove some assets like foliage, lower the poly count of things in the distance, and fix the mirror bug that drops resolution/framerate. Maaaybe implement a draw distance that doesn't render things fully at a certain distance... That'll be their first step imo.

It’s just sad to me that it’s 2025 and I have moments where this game looks like NASCAR Thunder 2003 lol.
