#Frequent 504 Gateway Time-out errors on Medusa Cloud

Hi everyone,

I've been regularly experiencing "504 Gateway Time-out" errors (just had another one a moment ago). Over the past few days, even though I've barely been using my Medusa backend, I've still run into this issue several times.

That's actually what worries me the most: my current usage is very limited, yet I'm already seeing multiple 504 errors within just a few days. It makes me concerned that once my usage increases, these errors could become far more frequent and seriously impact my workflow or production stability.

The outages don't seem to last very long (generally 1 or 2mn), but they're still very disruptive. I've connected Medusa to Firebase through a custom authentication setup, and considering the cost of the CLOUD subscription—which is personally quite expensive for me—I expect a reliable level of service, especially regarding server availability.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

For context, I'm still in development on the $30 plan, but based on Medusa's recent announcements, I understand that I'll be required to move to the $100 plan once my web application goes into production. That makes this situation even more concerning for me.

I'm posting here because after several days of waiting, I still haven't received any response from Medusa support regarding this issue.

are you on Medusa Cloud too? I presume the hobby plan is the new "Develop" plan; are you planning to switch to the "Launch" plan as soon as possible, like me?
