Do you think Medusa can handle a multi-tenant project, I want to build a SAAS fueled by medusa where my clients could basically create their own basic e-commerce with an opiniated UI.
Do you think Medusa is suitable for this? Or does this need a lot of tweakes to succeed?

mercur js built by rigby seems to be the one to look at
I plan on doing the same thing and going to use mercur as my base inspiration
Granted i think you'll need to think about Infra and shared hosting and ways to handle data concerns yourself per client, also with payment providers you'd need some sort of system to payout which I personally would figure out how to integrate Stripe Connect if your place of origin has Stripe

Hey, thanks a lot for the heads-up and for suggesting Mercur was aware of the platform, but my understanding is that it's primarily designed for building marketplaces.
What I'm actually looking to develop is a more classical multi-tenant SaaS platform, similar to Shopify for instance, where each customer would have their own dedicated tenant.

You could do this using multiple medusa instances managed by a single admin
