hi @dawn drift - what type of customer support you have in mind? Do you consider support as a result of a bugs on website etc. or support related to the items in store?
I did not do anything in this area, but it looks like promising plugin candidate. However it would require implementation in all three areas - storefront (to gather a feedback), admin ui (to list a feedback) and backend (to store a feedback).
