I can recommend looking at https://old.coolify.io/
You can easily self-host every service you mentioned (MinIO, Redis, Postgres, Meilisearch) aswell as Medusa itself + your storefront!
I've already written up tutorial over the weekend wich im going to release later today if youre interested πŸ™‚

Im looking to gather some more feedback and then refactor the article appropiately, I'm probably also going to provide a hint at that section that it isnt necessarily needed (thanks for pointing that out)
