Error starting Server with medusa v1.12 and sqlite | Medusa Community | Page 1

I have my medusa condifg configured with sqlite and it was working with sqlite before upgrading to 1.12
Now that I have upgraded to 1.12, I get this error:
Error: Failed to establish a connection to PostgreSQL
Although I do not have env variables for postgres but I kept everything as the default with sqlite
