Same prob happened with me last year. Just Restart it instead of Advanced options and after restarting it will ask for updating your system and stuff. Make sure to keep your Wifi secured or it gets stuck in a loop. If it is getting stuck to loop then click advanced options and Run Startup Repair. After that use command prompt if you know it or simply use google to know the commands and code them as required. Hope it helps you.

If you are struggling with consistency set yourself a small time at first every day (10/20/30 mins depending on your opinion)

Then keep practicing in these time intervals until you think it is part of your daily schedule then you can start increasing the time slowly

To help set designated time period like (4:00 - 5:00) to help you with time management

From someone who plays 12 instruments, do not practice a bunch in one session. I agree you should for 15 minutes to start, then branch out. I never practice for more than 3 hours in one setting and that’s my main instrument, but I do practice over 10 hours a week. The little amounts of time add up. Also, set goals for what you want to accomplish when you practice. Like, for warm ups, I want to play a 3 octave g major scale, a 3 octave e flat natural minor, melodic minor and harmonic minor scale (since e flat is gs natural minor), then set a goal for what you want to accomplish after warming up, so, I want to memorize the first page of Chopin’s etude winter wind or I want to be able to play the first page of liebestraum no 3 at a steady tempo.

From a developer perspective reviews can be both beneficial and negative, comments on how to improve the game can be left in reviews. But it does not help when people comment things along the line of "This game is garbage" or who will go ranting about another game that developer or publisher released. We can see this in Lost Ark, at least in the beginning of its run, with the amount of people ranting about New World and where New World failed in the reviews of the game that had to relation except Amazon being the same publisher.

Greatest number: set the first number to the greatest number. Go to the next number in the list. If it is greater, set that as greater. Transverse through the entire list. Do the same for the minimum, but just change the if statement. Capture the audience within the first sentence up to the end. Add some funny moments everyone remembers and some sad moments (like some assignment that everyone had and was stressed on maybe). Make your speech something you would like to listen to. Bring up some high key points you have learned. if ur school doesn’t offer ib then u don’t need to worry ab it bc colleges won’t hinder u for something u couldn’t even do lol but i think the only difference is that ap gives u college credits

AP gives you college credits and has to be certified by College Board, itll be accepted in the US and Canada and if you try to attend uni abroad some schools may ask for proof of AP exams to prove your capability in some subjects before they admit you

a good example is ETH Zurich is a very hard to get into school and asks for you to have passed AP exams with at least a 3/5 in approved sections of Maths, Sciences and Language

you wont be able to target it super well but a way to get rid of fat is to try and increase the level of muscle in and around which will lead to higher passive calorie burn and eventually fat loss in that area

i would recommend all around exercise however if you very specifically want to target your chest and only your chest I would do Regular pushups, Tricep pushups(sometimes called military pushups), and Triangle pushups especially as triangle pushups target your pectorals

none of those are silver bullets it will still take time but they may or may not help you speed it up by just a bit

if you dont want to join a gym you can either do home workouts or you can join another activity, i personally enjoy rock climbing and the gear isnt a huge investment along with most gym memberships only requiring you to go a few times a month to make your money worth it
