I have a terrible science teacher. All she does is read off the board and expect us to understand the information without any additional explanations. The problem is that I cannot drop science as under the SACE board, I am not allowed to drop science until I am in year 11, currently I'm in year 10.

Because of this I have been forced to teach myself the topics that we "go over," this has caused my grade to drop to a D+, meaning that I cannot do science next year if I don't raise my grade, I won't be able to do science next year.

Our school sent out a Teacher Evaluation and I responded with my advice but I'm guessing she didn't read any of it as she just went back to reading off the board.

I need help desperately.

Go to your head of department for science (idk what they're called elsewhere but essentially the teachers boss) and explain everything. Bring proof, others statements, your previous grades etc. Tell them what's happened (most likely they know the teacher is bad but can't get rid of them without enough student complaints) and ask for help to change classes or to get better grades. They might let you change to a better class or give you some tutors that could help

aight so what you want to do is find a oil-free face wash (usually says "for oily skin" on the package) that you can *also8 use daily. unscented is typically better than scented, and you wanna use that twice a day (AM and PM.) also helps to find an exfoliator with salicylic acid (again, it'll usually say it on the front of the package) and use that one 3-4 times a week.

i typically use neutrogena bc it's affordable but if you can afford better brands go for it

in terms of a workout guide at home, stairs are the GOAT

they're great for cardio + stuff

and in terms of strength-based, there are a lot of body-weight exercises you can do

like the squat progressions (normal all the way up to pistol squats

for upper-body, you have ur classic pushup-progression (wall push-up to incline push-up to normal and etc)

also if the doorframes in your house are strong and you're really light, you can work on pull-ups + grip strength

i will say though you gotta be mad light to do it, i weigh 95 and i almost pulled the frame off bc the doorframes in my house are rly weak

My name is ^^^^^^ , and I am a rising senior at ^^^^^^^^^^^. While I am aware that the application deadline for the ^^^^^^^^ program has already passed, I am writing to respectfully ask if a late application may be considered under special circumstances as I am very interested in the program and would be more than grateful for the opportunity to be dual enrolled at ^^^.

Although I have only recently learned about the program, I meet the GPA and placement requirements and have demonstrated college and career-readiness skills that I would love to further develop through dual enrollment at ^^^. I have a 3.7 GPA and a 1280 on the PSAT, achievements of which I have obtained while consistently thriving in my honors and AP classes and extracurricular activities. Outside of school, I also pursue sports and I am currently interning at ^^^^^^^^ through the ^^^^^^^^ program this summer.

My school counselor and parents are both aware and supportive of my request, and are willing to assist with any forms, documentation, or recommendation if necessary. The only goal of the ending was to make someone that wasn't absolutly hated, and the only reason why that was even the goal is because the rest of the series is so good
