Alright first of all - don't call yourself stupid. Pay more attention to how you talk and think about yourself - try to look for positives and compliment yourself for small wins to boost your self-esteem.
State exactly what you'd like to improve at e.g. by the end of summer break, look at what it'll require and take even small steps towards it every day.
Emotional intelligence is a group of pretty useful skills (self-awareness, managing emotions, empathy, social skills etc.) - choose 1 to focus on and move to another one once you feel ready

Yeah, it hurts or it satisfies you because you care. Imagine these ups and downs as gusts of wind - without a solid foundation (aka having good self-esteem) no matter what you build (habits, achievements etc.) will eventually fall apart.
It's something a lot of people - myself included - struggle with but once you start working on a good balance of confidence and a growth mindset it'll get easier

It's hard for me to tell why that is exactly since I don't know you that well. But I know that working on your mental health always has ups and downs so it's good to be patient with yourself. And rather than presenting it as being 100% positive all the time (it's impossible) convince yourself to see the full picture - once you get stuck in negative thought patterns (get to know their names btw, it helped me a lot to understand where they're coming from better) you tend to only see the negatives, when in reality there are also some neutral and positive elements as well

It depends on what books your reading. You want to look at more classical literature as that will have more difficult content (think George Orwell). Also consider writing in a journal of words you don't know and carrying that around with you, so if you hear a word you don't know you can write it down & look it up later.

if it’s any help I’ve seen people with those binders, campus is a really good brand but at the end of the day I think getting actual binders is a better investment!

plus I think if you buy a set of cheap binders it will still be cheaper than the notebooks

but if you value space buy the notebooks

1 inch binders aren’t big but they take up quite a bit a space! It really depends on what you value more

ohh I see, well if the video says one but you have 5 classes it might be hard to keep them all together in one binder, if you prioritize note taking those notebooks might be a better option, of course you could always buy binder dividers for your binder and separate them based on the subject

last year I had 2 binders (1-inch) for my four classes, two of the classes I shared in one binder and used a divider and one of my more important classes I used for it alone

Im starting to learn medicine this summer, any suggestions on what to learn first or any specific resources? Whenever I start learning something new, I always go down a rabbit hole of new information, and never really get to learn the topic I was planning to that day. I personally don't like taking notes in binders since I don't like the rims, but just 1 binder can fit all of your subjects.

Something that I need to do is to extract the corpses of my old notebooks and put them into my binder.

Some classes have so many notes that they require a binder for the whole class

if that's not the case, then you could use a binder to organize your notes by subject
