Studies show that Writing helps with memory, Practice with friends/family so you get used to performing in front of people (idk how comfortable you are with that so just offering all my tips). And Just practice a lot. After a while start doing it at Random When you don't have your Script (Ai middle of class or night) to help make sure you remember and if you stumble a line you know what to go back and review

Hello I wanted to write this to understand if it is worth taking a dorm first year and then buying an apartment or if I can get an apartment from the get go.

you could honestly get that time down a bit more

i think i started using cfop when i averaged 40 secs beginner

but if you really want to start with cfop that's fine too ig

id recommend you start with oll/pll

specifically start memorizing with pll

for oll there's technically 2 versions

1 is part intuition with like only a few cases/algorithims where you make a yellow cross at first

1 is full on algs with every case memorized

id recommend you start with part intuition and full pll

and then for f2l you can do part intuition part algorithims

for better memorizing stuff, there's no other way but to do it repeatedly and repeatedly again

that's literally the only way

you just keep turning the cube until you get it

usually youll know when youve fully got it down when you get that 'cuber's touch'

in some sense, it's basically when you just do it naturally without even stopping to think, where even like stopping to think confuses you

like it's just pure muscle memory and you cant actually remember the steps if you stop in between

that's usually when you know youve truly got it down

something id recommend since youre using cfop and most likely thinking of getting your time down is to learn to not spin the cube

like do the algorithims without regripping

regripping loses too much time especially when youre doing 3x3 speed

and also like the grips for each of the permutations

like with say the pll tperm, there's a way to do it without your hands leaving the cube

one of your goals should be to not have your hands leave the cube/regrip if you want to save a lot of time

lmk if you wanna ask anything else

although im pretty rusty, havent touched a cube for speedcubing in a year maybe

We can answer this question using a simple elimination method of the options. A new per-unit tax would obviously increase its price, hence A is wrong. I'm about to start high school, but the school I will be attending doesn't have a string orchestra. Since the state requires a fine arts credit, what should I do? I'm pretty sure that joining a youth symphony orchestra doesn't count for credit, only as an extracurricular. The high school offers band, choir, theatre, and visual arts, but none of those particularly interest me.

Lot of my teachers think I have it, I want to explain to my parents that I want to get an assessment but they make fun of me/it and won’t let me.

And what the name implies it’s difficult for you to focus/keep attention on things for longer periods of time

Hyperactivity can be expressed in a few ways like verbally but the major one is physical movements

cant stay still/moves around a lot

talking v fast/excess

zoning out during conversations

alw running late

sometimes risky behaviour

easy to piss off/mild anger issues

There are 2 types of adhd

One is the hyperactive kind and the other is the inattentive kind

And a person can have both of them at the same time

I understand what adhd is I just don’t know how to explain why I want a diagnosis.

I said earlier “does it look like I can keep track of time?” (Because I’m usually always late) and they said “no it looks like you just don’t care”

Okay, there're a few things I want to say that are important so please make sure you read this carefully:

1. As Psychology students, especially when learning about abnormalities and disorders, the first thing we're taught is "never ever diagnose yourself". Always have a qualified therapist or psychologist tell you the specifics of your condition because self-diagnosis based on a few symptoms you read online or based on what you perceive of yourself is often never successful, nor is it appropriate and can in fact lead to misunderstandings. So while you should explore what ADHD is, never push it on yourself.

2. Teachers often say a lot of things either out of frustration or even when they are unqualified to do so. If it's your Psychology teacher telling you this, then it probably holds some weight but don't go by the word of other teachers who have no knowledge of the subject. I'll tell you why: sometimes teachers might even say for the sake of it. For instance, my Psychology teacher once told me, when I was being noisy in class, that I may have "highly-functional ADHD" but that too was probably only in a light-hearted manner. Highly-functional ADHD essentially means that you're close to 'normal' and that you only have a small degree of it that does not interfere with your day to day functioning or activity.

3. When it comes to explaining/convincing your parents, it is true that your word may not come off as serious to them especially when they perceive it as an excuse. In this case, if your teachers or anyone for that matter feels deeply about this issue, ask them to talk directly to your parents. That might help.

in my opinion, you should look for appliances that last as long as possible (3 years minimum), in which i would recommend the thinkpad if your college majors are more performance-based, otherwise the macbook could be a good lasting alternative

Hey Guys! I had a question. So, I heard I can use my free score send report by June 20th 2025. But I have one really bad score from last year that I don't want to report and it's on my thing. I thought I did good but apparently I didn't so. Is there any way to cancel or withold your score from the AP Score Report after you take an ap exam??
Other thing I'm scared about is what if I did bad on a couple exams this year and colleges say bad grades like a 1 or 2 somehow 💀 😭

There’s no qualification to do an ap course, so you don’t have to “get into” one. I would recommend talking to the counselor at ur school, or just finding the school’s page online and finding the courses that they offer. Ap courses should be offered in the usual course selection process
