the supraspinatus tendon gets pinched between the acromion (the top of the shoulder blade) and the humeral head (the top of the upper arm bone) during arm movements, especially when lifting the arm overhead. And I'm pretty sure the AC joint connects to the scapula aswell. I dropped out of my IB program (not due to rigor) but have many friends graduating from it and it is incredibly rigorous. You will write and analyze in every single class almost everyday. It will definitely over-prepare you for college but many of my friends feel that it is a waste of time if you don’t study internationally. Given that MIT is technically an international university if u follow this path u might think differently. I’d check if MIT takes IB credits (if that’s something that interests u) but I’d say AP classes and dual enrollment are also other valuable pathways.

While being taught the rules and basics of the game, it comes with fairness and understanding. The children began by bickering amongst their teammates when trying to figure out how to score a goal, some people were in the wrong place, others were making bad decisions with the puck. In order for the children to fully achieve their goal, I had to step in and help. I taught them the importance of communication. You can bring your own device, just be careful with it.

Try learning stuff through your interests - e.g. if you like gaming, you can learn some IT stuff, if you like a sport - some physics and the economics around it, if you like a language - learn that country's history.

Keep track of your assignments, exams etc. and remember to set smaller deadlines on the way because of #1170166367308222504 message. While I never had an actual study hall experience, I did have to sit out some lessons at the library, so I usually just did whatever was at the top of my to-do list and it usually worked.

Also it's good to check what accomodations are offered at you school/local area to make your life a bit easier

hey guys i need help or advice. i don't know if you guys relate to this but recently, i noticed that i slowly get bored over everything, including my friends, games, my hobbies, literally everything. I don't even know what my purpose in life is other than exist, i don't know what to do or how to find my true purpose in life, i know deep inside that i want to become successful in life but, My main issue is boredom, it feels like time is going too fast for me. Any advices?

It's okay to not know your purpose. You're a teen! Your brain is still developing! How can you know it, if you're still figuring out who you are in the first place?

There are many ways to be "successful". You'll figure out your own one as you go and narrow it down as you try stuff that you like and dislike.

Take care of yourself. It could just be that you're growing out of certain aspects of your life. But if it's everything at once, it could be an early sign of depression (I'm not a professional tho). So take care of your mental health.

And yes, time can go fast at that stage of our lives. You get thrown into an unknown scenario or feel like you're falling behind or that the good times are scarce. But it also means that the difficulties will pass as well, that the light will come out at the end of the storm
