I think you could try changing where you study. Like in my opinion, studying in my room is really distracting, so you could try studying in the library. The library is usually a good place to study because most people around you are also studying, which kinda motivates/influences you to study? this year as a junior im really downgrading from my work as a sophomore. i took ap physics 1 and ap world as a soph with taking precalculus during the summer. since my school only goes up to ap calc ab im forced to take college algebra and trig this year then ab calc next year and i have to take earth science since the only science left that my school offers is ap chem and i took physics earlier than supposed to so im taking earth science. in total this year im only gonna get 12 college creds but next year i can get up to 36. would this hurt my college app? since it will look like im downgrading my classes as if i couldnt handle the workload? should i be taking any outside classes also?

I've managed to switch before because of bad teachers or if I'm struggling in the class. I don't recommend accusing your teacher of anything unless they've done it though.
I was able to switch my 5th period P.E. to 2nd because of the high heat.
I also switched my science to a different class because my teacher has had multiple cases of being racist, fat shaming, randomly talking about ||deaths|| and ||violent crimes|| as if it were nothing (without reason), yelling at kids for getting low grades, and having quite odd and touchy interactions with certain students. They never fired her for any of it, but I was able to switch out of the class.
There was a music class that I highly disliked due to the bad environment and my grade of a D-. If it isn't a main class it should be easier to switch. I had appointments with the school therapist that also got me a better chance at switching certain classes I expressed as being stressful.
If it seems like the class is causing harm for you or that a different class would help you preform better that should help.

honestly, that's pretty good in comparison to some people I know
What I did to cut back on it was give myself a time limit, then slowly decreased that every time- I was spending like 2 hrs at night scrolling, and told myself to get off at/near 10, then at 9:30, then nothing past 9 unless I'm doing some research
Now I go on for 5-10 minutes every now and again to unwind, then get off, and I'm transitioning back to reading to unwind as opposed to yt shorts
oh also, fill your time with something else! I only ever find myself scrolling again when I'm not actively doing something interesting

Hey, if there’s anyone into electrical engineering here, I need some help.
I have this circuit board that is a Bluetooth amplifier, which I wanted to wire up to these old laptop speakers I pulled out. The problem is, there’s a left and a right channel, but only one ground for some reason.

The left one is just the board, and the right one is the board (plugged into power and some earbuds I was testing it with) and the speakers it will be plugged into

Also, there’s that little plug on the end of the speaker’s input wire, I’m assuming I’ll need to cut that off, right?
