Hi, I'm an 8th grader who has very bad English (as a subject) and social skills. I always feel like I'm intruding on someone's conversation whenever I try to talk to people which makes it very difficult to friends. I'm very introverted and play percussion for band. Every time I get a grade back for school, I'm always disappointed with the results, even if it's a 100%. Lastly, the only friend I've genuinely made a friendship with is moving away in 2 years. There are no friends in geopolitics. Political entities only act on interests, a friendship is only a facade that is put on. If one's interests align with another's, then you are more inclined to enter cordial relations with them. If it wasn't for the rich and fertile soils of Ukraine - the "Food Basket of the World" - or the natural resources that are within the Ukrainian land, the US and the EU would have more than likely sent minimal aid. Ukraine is a strategical and crucial ally for the West in the stoppage of Russia's sphere of influence and aggressive strategy, while also being a resourceful region.

Now that this has been clarified, if we delve further into the history of the Sino-Russian relations, the two nations were foes, or maintained hostile relations/tensions for most of their common history. It should be noted that in the XIXth c., China was stripped by the European powers, including the Russia of the Tsar who seized Chinese territories in Siberia, today the region of Vladivostok and the island of Sakhalin; a Russian occupation was also put in place in Manchuria until the Russo-Japanese war. Sino-Russian relations thus began on the premise of a territorial struggle. The Chinese, for a long time, have held Russia accountable for this reason. Yet the two nations gradually developed a strategic alliance after Mao imposed Socialism in China, as he was aided by the Soviets. From here on and until Stalin's death, China and the USSR - now Russia - have nurtured a healthy relationship, going as far as a joint-nuclear arms development project. However, when Khrushchev separated himself from Stalin's legacy, "the Great Helmsman" - Mao Zedon - displayed his disagreement with Nikita Kruschev's political line and even feared that his ally would turn on him. Naturally, he naturally distanced himself from the Soviet bloc to maintain relations with Nixon's United States.

Afterwards, the Sino-Russian relations have only stagnated up to the point of Putin's & Xi Jinping's rise to power. Both individuals had converging views on the international scene, they both claimed some sort of patriotism and populism, both disregarded human rights and both called for a strong state.

And, above all, both autocrats uttered hatred, or at least distrust, of the decaying American hegemony that was perceived as deleterious to the health of both nations.

The main point of Russia and China's alliance is common interests in the form of a rivalry or an enmity with the US. They plan to topple its hegemony by either instating their own hegemony, or a joint one. Their strategy consists in the formation of an alternative route for the nations of the World to take, instead of the West. This materialises by the creation of the SCO and the CSTO which are supposed to respectively rival the G7 and NATO.

However, if their agreement may seem strong, it is yet to be proven whether it is perennial. The two Giants have disagreements on many matters: how can they have a cooperation when both Putin and Xi wish for their nation to be the most powerful?

On one hand, China has especially developed some distance with Russia recently due to their impromptus invasion of Ukraine; Xi, as an economic powerhouse, wish to keep a stable economy and standing internationally so to safeguard their trade partnerships and continue to export their project of New Silk Road. Even though the Chinese media has only unpacked propaganda that supports the Russian narrative, the nation still remains neutral about sanctioning or supporting Russia. This communicates a certain desire on the part of China to be well seen internationally. What's more, Xi Jinping has more to do with COVID management than Ukraine and Russia.

On the other hand, Russia has displayed some distrust towards China and his large migration flux in Siberia. Putin was warned by his ministers of the mass arrival of Chinese immigrants in Siberia, especially in the Vladivostok region - the previously annexed territory of the Qing China.

It is also important to note that the geopolitical strategy of the two countries is very different, if not completely opposite. While Russia, although moving towards the East in recent years, finances separatist movements in the countries of the former Russian Empire (in Ukraine with the Donbass, in Georgia with the war in 2008 and South Ossetia; or the support for Transnistria which separated from Moldova). This strategy, which is based on state and regional destabilization, is anchored in the continuation of Russia's general geopolitical doctrine, the Primakov doctrine, which consists of a "diversification of the poles", i.e. Russia seeks to create or support states antagonistic to the United States with the aim of a vastly multipolar world.

This completely collides with China's strategy, that of Realpolitik, already put in place by Bismarck more than a century ago, but a Realpolitik that is both isolating and laissez-faire at the level of interventionism and national liberal, close to the American tradition before 1898. It could be summed up as "Everyone takes care of their own business". An entity's interference within the affairs of another nation is looked down by China. You may ask why that? China also has separatist people and cultures within its nation (Uyghurs, Tibet, Mongols, Manchurians, Hong Kong, Taiwan/democracy sympathisers...) and would prefer not to elicit a reaction within the country due to their support of a separatist region/movement. That is why China doesn't take kindly the strategy of destabilisation of Russia, and why China has not recognised any separatist state.

Well- imagine this. Your not you when your on the stage- your the character. Try to put yourself into there mindset even if temporarily-
For example if they act bold and brave- be open with body language- make big movements and dont stand with feet facing out instead of inwards- stand tall like you just climbed a mountain

And try to project your voice

Drama teachers tend to want to be able to here you from the back of the room-

If your playing a character that is more shy and timid- act small- point feet inwards slightly- fiddle with your hands- and speak more calmly-

To tell your body "You'll get oxygen later, wait a bit." it's not the same thing as holding in your breath since that's basically distributing whatever oxygen you got in over a longer period of time. So unless your body can't hold your breath out for a long period of time, i don't think there's a way to teach it... Unless, of course, there is a way i don't know about.

Also apparently many sources are saying that if you expand your lung capacity you'll expand your exhale. Try it and see if it works cause i don't know if it's 100% true.

I moved the knight out of the way of the bishop (opening up the blue square) and checking my opponent. This means that my opponent has to capture the checking piece, block it, or move the king. However, in order to do this, my opponent must spend a turn defending his queen, which means I can capture his queen with my now-attackinf bishop. I sacrifice the knight to win a queen without trading queens

What I hate about my elo is that I'm always paired up against trigger-happy Wayward Queen players who play the exact same predictable opening. The problem is they don't know how to continue after the opening so I get to get revenge on them after developing just a tiny bit

It's the standard nc6 defending the kings pawn then after the bishop move pawn g6 and finally nf6 and nd4 winning the queen and threatening a fork

The best move for white in this position is nxd4, after which rxc5 doesn't even lose the rook and creates another check

And if he moved the king to c3 or c1 then nxe2 is a triple fork of both rooks and the king with the queen still pinned and free to capture

So I just instantly get a winning position after this

U can figure out which handwriting style u want to get and start writing with u rwrite each letter on a paper and start practicing them more and afterwards try picking words that are complex and write with the same letters u practice
