It depends. Do you like the language as a sub? Personally it's better to improve a language as much as you can when you're younger. Yet again it's better to take it since you already did it for 3 years, but If you don't plan to have like let's say extra practice on your own and would only do the classes at school then it's probably not worth it.

4. Don't forget to conclude. Don't summarize in your conclusion instead end with the possible narrative for your actors using the impacts/implications.

I passed the readiness test but from what i can tell we only had to get around 12 correct out of the 45 questions so idk if it really helps determine if i should skip precalc/(am ready for calc ab) or not.

This is a very late response but if you want my opinion you should take ap csp freshman year I took it freshman year and it wasn’t even that bad tbh it’s not that hard of an AP if you do the work and you’re interested in coding/computer science

It also gives you the experience of taking an AP class very early

i did it with school, there are key things you want to go over with teachers, I'd say yes, but dont finish quickly, take time to understand on how to do things, there is a decent amount of topics you will learn in algebra 2 from 1, at least at my school

dicrete math can use calculus, but isn't centered around it. It's very proof based and you need a pretty solid proficiency in math, so if you hadn't taken calculus I probably wouldn't take it but thats up to you. Most courses will probably require calc2

that's just the algebra you need before before calc (or any other higher level alg course) - it covers your basic high school algebra

do you mean like writing justifications? if you're using MVT, IVT, etc., you generally want to state the conditions before actually using it--same goes for integral test and other series convergence tests that have conditions

if its an optimization problem, and you need to justify that say f(x) has a rel. min at x=c, you could say that its since 1. f'(x) = 0 and 2. f'(x) goes from - to + at x=c

^ similar ideas go when you need to justify particle motion problems

another thing to note is that you don't need to fully simplify purely numeric expressions -- this saved me points before especially when dealing with riemann sums

(however, if said riemann sum value is needed to interpret a second part of the question, you should probably simplify)

I have a question. Should i take AP language and composition? I heard it’s really hard and I’m like an okay-ish writer, but the other option in our school is normal (not honors) comparative lit. Lang would help in the long run but it would prob bring my gpa down, and I’m not pursuing an English career

Definitely, even if you risk bringing your gpa down lang teaches you how to write good essays that will help majorly once you get to college

wdyd when your school only has 8 aps and you've taken one this year and plan to take one next year and then in senior year you take 3-4...does taking 5 (or possibly 6 idk if i wanna suffer through ap physics) out of 8 of the offered classes look good or does the low number offered look bad

try to take as many as you can or related to what you're interested in. If that's not all of them, that's fine. Use that time and explore other ECs that relate to it

@merry flint umm there are endless hobbies that could be considered but you might have interest in any field like art or computers , litreture I mean it totally depends on you interests

Apush is mostly fine esp if u even partially remember what’s happening. The part that messed me up was writing dbqs. I’m the worst at interpreting things clearly so ive barely gotten by with a 2.5
