I need help. I don’t know what to do. I’m making my 4 year plan and have lots of good stuff but my issue is I have lots of on level classes ( affect ur GPA significantly). The issue is idk what to remove. I need to do orchestra all 4 years so that’s 2 on levels already ( 2 years pass fail) then I am required to do health and pace for half a year each so that’s another on level. Total 3 on levels so far. I wanted to do a mix of engineering and the medical field but this is what brings me down. For engineering I have to take a starter class that adds another on level class. Then another one that adds another on level class. So total 5, which already brings down my GPA very down. Then I want to do medical so I also have to take an intro class so another on level. That’s 6 of them. I can’t do 6 of them tho because it will lower my GPA so much. What do I do

Idk about your school specifically, but some schools offer some courses over the summer so if you can take something like health over the summer then do that

Also if your school has a period zero (an extra class you can take before school starts) then you could move one of your on-levels there

But overall i would keep in mind that a lot of colleges recalculate your gpa by removing easier courses like gym so as long as you’re taking a lot of hard courses they’ll keep that in mind probably as much as if not more than your gpa

To my knowledge, AP chem is one of the hardest AP classes, and you want to take that sophomore year? Unless you have area
Y and I mean really strong background in chemistry, I would re consider. Also doing AP physics 1 and 2 in the same year is a lot of work.

To answer your question, yes, this is a very rigorous course schedule. But keep in mind the course load of these classes and how much time you’ll have to do extracurriculars.

well since I see you want to major in engineering I would do AP Calc AB or BC, AP World is a great option and it isn't too difficult, I'd also suggest you to do AP Physics 1

so calc bc, apwh, ap physics, and maybe ap comp sci a

apcsa is really pretty much a free ap and i heard the exam itself isnt too hard
