My goal is to get accepted into UCLA, however, if I cannot actually get accepted there my secondary goal is to just rush through the completion of my degree by fulfilling all of the requirements and rushing through the gen-ed. Is this a reasonable schedule?

Summer: I can really only take the particularly light courses due to a 6 semester unit max cap.

These classes are not equivalent, and if colleges start to accept AP Precalculus for credit, it would most likely be for precalculus, which generally won't count toward a major that requires calculus (i.e., STEM). It's also not the only way to meet the prerequisite(s) for calculus.
