They offered to skip me as many grades as they could, my mom said no. ( West Virginia held me back 1 year bc while I was old enough in Florida, when I moved there, I was too young, I live in California now). Anyway, I was forced into a bunch of gifted programs, essentially giving up my lunch to learn engineering in Elementary school when i just wanted to go out and play. (Why I hate math now).
