So I know there are a lot of people who need help on math, english, science, etc., but what can get quite unorganized is the course that the person is taking (if in middle/high school) because some people won't know whether the person needs help on Algebra 1 or Algebra 2. To FIX this:

• We can make designated channels on the server for the certain course. For example you can make categories on discord including "english, math, history, language, science, etc." and underneath that have a bunch of channels with the courses under it.
  This is defintely something that shouldn't just be done because this adds a lot of channels and space up to the server, but I think it will make it a lot more organized for the server community because if they have a specific course they need help on (Geometry for ex.) they can just click on the "Geometry" channel and put their question there.

I think it would be helpful to have a section for European students. I think that the education system in USA is different from those from many European countries. For example, here in my country we learn more of the general history/geography of the world. Also, it will be nice to get tips and learn new experiences (like ERASMUS+) that will be more specific for European students.
It will be nice to have more language help channels, like Spanish, French, German, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, etc...

Had a full discussion with sr mods and we came to the conclusion that adding a staff role to you guys/event department role is unnecessary. If the issue is that you aren’t being respected as a event staff member, I would speak to a mod or someone and handle it, however adding these roles wouldn’t benefit anything, it’s just an extra role to add to your name.

We went through the discussion of having a moderation department role and then event department role, however you would come to the same issues and the 2 roles you have would be too similar and wouldn’t solve anything again.

TLDR, event team will not be receiving the staff role at this time, maybe in the future when the team expands and there’s more structure to it we can reconsider

the whole tutor role is very confusing. first of all why do some “tutors” have like 20 different subjects. Second of all the ages/grades that some of the tutors are in don’t make sense for the tutor role they are given. It’s doesn’t make sense for a 9th/10th grader to have a computer science, psychology, economics, or literature role when those subjects typically aren’t offered until 11th grade. Also some of the subjects have way too many tutors, I don’t think u need 15 people for one language. This is all what i think

I do agree, the tutor program is currently going through several growing pains due to the fact it’s only been in practice for approximately one week. Here’s some things that would help explain it as best I can even as we make drastic changes to it behind the scenes: All tutors attached proof of proficiency before receiving their role, many students self study and are ahead on certain topics which is why they are able to tutor certain things. Please be reminded that these are all volunteers in a high school based server, we aren’t going to get a PhD level professor or even a graduate student in certain topics, especially not enough to support all day. The subjects with the largest amount of topics is exactly 8 tutors, with even that being just more commonly taken classes. Many of the subjects have minimal activity and every tutor that has shown minimal activity was given a dm notifying them about it from one of our moderators. In a week or two we will slowly remove all of these inactive tutors and find a way to replace them with either actively helping students or members who contact the team with qualifications for this position.

If you're talking about server initiated events: our events team are under-resourced for that arrangement. It does suck that people cannot accommodate their schedule to and we're losing people who are interested in events to not be able to participate. Perhaps in the future where we can afford manpower necessary to hold two separate timing for an event. But for now, we have to expand what's possible for our number of resources
