what worked for me really was just puzzles. Seriously, people underestimate just how much those help. I no-lifed them for like 3 days and my rating skyrocketed. (I believe I'm qualified to say that puzzles work)

While there are more complicated things that you'll need to know in the future, tactics are what turn lost games into draws, or winning positions into actual wins.

20 minutes studying openings 10 minutes custom puzzles 30 minutes studying pawn structure and 20 minutes studying endgames

Learning the sicilian does not make sense. Learning the dragon sicilian, najdorf sicilian, kan sicilian... maybe but all of the sicilian variations is almost impossible.
