TLDR: You'll prolly do fine, but start spamming puzzles and learn your opening + middle game
a 1000 on chess.com generally should do fine in an interschool chess competition lmao, you'll prolly get around 5 - 6/8 points, assuming the tourney is swiss
but get to study, spam puzzles and learn a system/repertoire for your opening and familiarise yourself with middlegame positions arriving from that opening
