3. Learn basic openings - Standard e4 openings like Vienna, Sicillian, the French Defense and Giucco Piano and d4 ones like King's Indian, Queen's Indian, Queen's Gambit
4. Learn Triangulation and Opposition for endgames
5. Memorise a little stockfish reccomended moves to gain

Looking through annotated games even at your own level is good because it can help you to understand where you're going wrong if that makes sense

I'm no expert tho by any means 😭 😂 so take all this with a pinch of salt I guess, this is just my experiences from playing chess for just under 4 years 🙂

if it just says like ''e4'' it means a pawn moved to the e4 square

if it says N at the start it means a knight moved

if it says B at the start it means a bishop has moved

if it says K at the start it means a king has moved

if it says Q at the start it means a queen has moved

if the used piece checked the king, you put a + at the end of the notation

if the move checkmated you put # at the end of the notation

and x means this piece captured this piece e.g. : Bxe4(the bishop captured the piece on the e4 square)

This is brilliant because black has no good moves. Like if king to e7 then knight to g6 forks the rook and bishop. If king goes back to e8 then Queen h5 and king e7 is forced and then again the same fork at g6. So e6 is the best moves. There is queen b3 check if king moves to e6 but then black takes the knight. If that happens then queen d5 check is also possible and king goes to f6 is forced. King e6 also allows queen g4 check and then if takes then the king is literally in the middle of the board and is a target for the white pieces. If king moves back , then there is the same fork with the knight after the white queen moves as if you take the rook then bishop takes queen, that's why after
