1. D5 is not a good move from black. Most people will not willingly play into that. D6 and nc6 are both better.
2. e5, f4, and b4 are all bad moves or at least inaccuracies. You’re playing an opening with bad moves hoping your opponent plays a mix of good and bad moves to get a questionable gambit.
3. Winrate doesn’t mean it’s good. It doesn’t tell you what elo it was at, and it also doesn’t reflect blunders later in a game. For instance, according to chess.com explorer the highest winrate first move is a4

d5 gets played over 50% of the time on move 2 and its the most natural response if you’re a french player cuz it could transpose into a regular advance if white goes d4

1. The second and third points still stand.
2. You still are betting on your opponent not playing the best moves. It’s the most common because e5 isn’t played at high level often.
3. I will correct one of my earlier statements to most good players will not willing play into the best response to their opening.

you actually have better options to avoid check

moving your king makes you unable to castle later on which could leave your king vulnerable later in the game

something like moving your bishop back to e2 to block the check would have been better

it's way better actually

it breaks the check and allows your bishop to be defended by other pieces so it doesnt get captured by the queen (like what happened in move 4)

yeah and after those first few moves, it just goes entirely downhill for you

you need to see what your opponent is doing and if they can make any captures, checks, or attacks on you

and then nullify those threats
