This. But since nothing about these interactions are new from our current understanding of the rules:

1. Yes it can be flickered. The attack target would no longer exist and the combat chain would close. Go again would not resolve.
2. It would be considered a new object and cannot be re-targeted by Scour

(There are currently no spectra auras that Zyggy can flicker, so 1. is currently impossible. If they print any lightning spectra, then it will work like that)
