Specifically asking for an that has effect that is not an on-attack trigger

The fact that something exists in the rules does not necessarily mean that there are cards or interactions that use that rule

#

Sometimes it's future-proofing for stuff that they are planning, sometimes it's just to make sure that the CR covers a situation that's easy to cover even if they don't immediately plan to use it

I would guess that the attacks that were errata'd would be cards like flock of the feather walkers

#

Second paragraph would be a resolution effect otherwise

balmy rain

many many attacks are in that category

#

I don't think there are any in the category that the user asked about, ones that still have resolution effects

#

but "is there any card that does X" isn't really a rules question

Yeah was just the first example I found. Sounds like they've been errata'd out for now, but like you say could come back.

I remember there being 1... let me check if I can find it.

It's multiple Apparently. Spectral prowler, wounded bull, adrenaline rush.

Just seeing this --- the example i like to use are many of the Elemental Ranger Arrows from TOA to illustrate resolution abilities on attack action cards.

Ah, like frazzle you mean? A resolution ability that makes a static replacement effect

lapis storm
#

Yup. Without being super pedantic, in essence its a resolution ability that generates a standard-replacement effect.
