#Target opposing X

No specific context. To be fair, I’m mostly curious if there are ways to target anything other than the hero. Most cards say target hero. But with allies coming, wondering if damage would translate.
"any target" or "target ally" allow for targeting allies in a context where an ally is a legal target.
"target/an ally an opposing hero controls" would also likely suffice
Ah, so “any target” would allow it. Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply!
"any target" does imply "any legal and relevant target", so like you can't aether dart an aura because it doesn't have the
property, but you can target an ally with it because allies do have the
property
Perfect, that certainly clears up my curiosity!
