I think I'm only missing 863 after 670 days played. Much less than your 3.5 a day

If you are missing around 3-4 per day it may be cuz until recently the daily fireflies (keys, eggs and scrolls) didn't give anything else. I don't know when it happens but now when you get the daily reward it gives also one of the other buffs that it tracks. At least that is my theory. (A game theory🤣 )

Found the bug - restarting the game while having any active Firefly bonus ( 
increase, more 
...) will increment the total event count
The discrepency in the numbers will be removed
