Victory rewards

Hey,

Does anyone else think that the one medal we get for victory after a hard fought battle is so little that it feels like it would have been better not to get it? or is it just me?

I mean, medals aren't that rare as a currency, so getting just ONE medal as a reward is.. weird...

I would have preferred to get a scroll, or some of that thing that is used to level up heroes (sorry forgot how it's called) or feathers for pets, or even some resources (lumber and ore). Could also be a one hour reduction from a current construction or research. imo, there is a list of more interesting things to get as a reward instead of one medal.

What do you guys think ?

Could be.. But what pushed me to write this suggestion is not the 'non importance' of medals to me. It's more like having only one medal, while medals are actually an abundant resource when you advance in the game.
