I know I've already put this in mod suggestion, but I honestly think this would livin up the game a good bit. The current radio already uses internet so why not make a radio that could play youtube or spotify. As for other aftermarket stereos as someone replied to basically make them to where they show station/song name.
or even make a screen to mount to the dash like the one imaged
