Seems to be engine extra parts mods, as mine spawns with extra air filters. However, I don’t have any extra exhaust mods . So I don’t get the 2 exhausts . Also it will only conflict with mods that use the i4. Basically what happens is the car will spawn with the regular exhaust in the regular spot. And then a second one a bit farther down that looks like it attaches to nothing

Most common would be the exhaust. As alot more people seem to have a certain mod (that I do not) that causes it. Other than that, I have 2 airfilters on mine when I spawn it. That would be another parts mod. (I dont know which one yet)
But, as far as Im concerned its usually only the exhaust, and the most critical one to fix in my opinion

I dont really know too much more information on it, I can put some time into narrowing it down today, though.
