I do agree the game needs optimization but 4gigs of ram is way too low to even use windows properly

4 gigs of ram is considered low even for a simple word and chrome machine. I agree optimizations are needed. But this is a little too extreme.

My old 4 core CPU struggles hard with this game
sometimes my CPU does. Not often but randomly maxes out for a few seconds. ram and GPU handle it fine. (used to max out when i was on 1 6gb but since moving to 32gb been a lot better)

my 1650 it's doing good work loading like 12 cars at one place at 20-30 fps yeah i know if i had less cars the game would run better so i think even low end pc can run the game pretty good

I find the issue more isn't with lower end but it still uses a lot on higher PCs too. Which does cause a few...heating issues for me 😅. It's a bit like frost punk where it uses resources it doesn't need just because they are there

yeah, now is a great time for building with used parts since even the first couple generations of i5 are getting super cheap lately
windows 11 cutting everything off past a few years old is probably gonna do wonders for the price of slightly old pc parts that can still run modern stuff perfectly fine
