That is a tow strap. There is a difference a winch wich would drag it up on the trailer like they do irl. And it is a pain to drag a car without wheels with just a tow strap

Are you talking about the tow strap in the shop? a winch even a manual one is just to drag stuff for example up on a trailer and a tow strap is used to tow cars. You can not use to tow strap to get stuff up on the trailers
