  1. Nearly everyone uses mods, and people usually don't bother listing what mods are needed to buy something. Instead, they just give you the entire possible mod list.
  2. There's a "vanilla" tag you can use in the community trading center, if everyone actually used it it would be possible to filter out all of the mod stuff.

If we were to add a vanilla exclusive trading center, it would be barely any use due to those 2 reasons. Hopefully the current solution will be used properly.
