Pretty much. Once its in a state that's maintainable is when ill take a long break and work on some other things. 2dr will also get some extra parts before though. I'm also gonna be working on trying to get the load times lower over time as well. Just takes a while to change that stuff though.

For me when I’m outside of a vehicle and press f1 it activstes mouse steering once I get in a car and then to deactivate it you exit the vehicle and press f1 again unless your game is just broke

Edit: in terms of handling and driveability. Getting into them is easy now like it should be

i have a question , how do you get different color interrior? i got one from the junkyard with a green interrior, but it was missing bits like the dash and such, so i picked up red dash from the junkyard too, but i want nice red seats , side panels and such, where do i get these? , also, the vinal top from the junkyard was green, how do i change that to red too?

I would say between the 4 that made standalone cars, fedes f100/f350 were good. Albeit most cars in that time were kit cars.
Bananas reworked cars are way better than previous versions.
Robin hit a home run.
Veinburgs also hit a home run.
