Hi, if db is at 100 while recording, can it create hearing damage listening to the recording if it spikes a lot? I would like to share something I recorded so just curious

The signal level is not the important thing - it's how loud you play it. If you play it quietly, then it's safe. If you play anything extremely loudly, then you risk hearing damage.
