Why does Audacity 3.5.1 crash?

I tried running it in compatibility mode, administrator mode and I tried running it on my nVidia graphics.

Please look at the screen shots of the error audacity is giving me and my system specs.

Please... Why is Audacity stuttering so much?

Audacity just close down without warning or error code

what were you doing before the crash? Can you reliably reproduce it?

I go to my hard drive where my music is stored, then I Right Click on the track that I must edit and then click OPEN WITH, then I select Audacity... then I wait a second

Then I select the entire track, then Audacity lags... when the track is highlighted and I select effects, Audacity shuts down. Then I redo everything...
after a wile Audacity stays open but is very unresponsive, it lagging very bad

It does not mater witch menu I select

Recording is even worse... In the beginning all is fine, but when it gets to 10 seconds; it like audacity drops to 1 frame per second. I check my CPU performance and it shows 1%
