How do I effective "add space" at the beggining of a recording to mix in an intro?

Basically, this is my first time editing anything, and I'm having an issue moving audio extending the beginning of the voice tracks, effectively creating space for the intro to play in. All the audacity tutorials I see have the "time shift" tools, which audacity seemingly did away with. So If I was trying to add dead at the beginning of the track, how would I do that?

Or better yet, how do I time shift all the tracks?
